Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Please allow approximately 5–15 business days for production and shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we work diligently to complete every order as quickly as possible.
Preorder Items
For preorder releases, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. We recommend following our social media channels for updates regarding your preorder status and release progress.
Additional Information
- Orders containing both ready-to-ship and preorder or made-to-order items may ship in separate packages.
- Shipping time estimates begin after your order has been processed and do not include carrier transit delays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
